Since getting the new boat we have found an increase in the
amount of Ling we catch although we don't actually target them
there is now a very good chance the can turn up general when
targeting bigger fish like Tope and Conger on Wrecks or ruff
ground offshore.
Ling fishing is very similar to Congering so short heavy trace
150lb plus 4/0 plus heavy hook luminous muppet and large fish
bait also a very heavy paternoster rig with muppets and bait can
work well.
